Life moments

Some unique moments to me

The first 3D model I have reconstructed from scratch, including camear clibration, image capturing, RGBD pointcloud registration and leaf instance segmentation.
First time trying out 3D printing with SLA 3D printer
A room scan completed by a rover robot. I learnt robot assembly, ROS platform, Lidar sensor and raspberry pi by myself. My supervisor Chuong at the internship helped a lot and he is great!
I programed a microprocesser through C to detect people's heart rate through a pulse sensor. The readings of my sensor aligns with my Apple watch readings. The project brough me so much joy that I would have dive deep into embeded systems if I weren't doing graphics.
The vibe when I was rushing for my first first-author paper. A pot of plant, a red keyboard, the rolling codes and the snows. It's a Deja Vu.
Some very supportive stickers I had during the pandemic, one from ANU, one from ACT and one from my favourite citrus - imperial mandarin.
The last day at ANU and the first day at SFU. What a transition in life!
I tried to learn how to do latte art and made this piece. I say it's lotus but friends say its garlic
Some painting practices, just for fun.
The best months I had (and for sure that's before grad school)
Some cakes
